#5 Please update French & Turkish translations

Hi,

I completed French & Turkish translations for WireShare, fixed a few typos remaining from the LimeWire era and also updated the plural forms according to the suggestion of poedit for the Turkish language. Please note that poedit mentions two errors for the French gettext file, you may want to take a closer look at it.

As I'm just a translator, I'm not familiar with git so I'm submitting my files here instead of opening a merge request.

Got them. sorry for the confusion, winrar was showing them as empty folders but they extracted ok.
