#4 Ignore Command

It would be great to see and ignore command in the next release.
IRC channels that have bots spewing text can eat up our phones
data plan pool of data for a month. I'd like to be able to ignore
certain users/bots in channels.

Ignore is not (at least normally) part of the IRC protocol
so it's handled on client side and doesn't save bandwidth at
all. Unless implemented ie. somewhere in HTTP proxy side.
