You wrote as Path:
http://<YOUR_IP>:<TOMCAT_PORT>/wap/httpGateway?command=TEST

But that doesn't fit with the web.xml-definition.

I suppose to change the readme-entry to
http://<YOUR_IP>:<TOMCAT_PORT>/wap/httpgateway?command=TEST

or update the web.xml in wap.war to fit the text in the readme.
