I have a Samsung D500 and I have problems connecting
with WLIrc, anyone else here used a D500 and knows if
it works at all?
When I connect trying to use sockets I get
the "connecting to ircserver" a long time, after a while it
says "looking up hostname" and "checking ident" and I
get the message "couldnt look up your hostname". After
a while longer it says "Your client may not be
compatible with this server." and it stops there, and I
can choose disconnect and get the starting page of
WLIrc but then my phone crashes and I have to reboot it.
Sometimes it doesnt even go past the "connecting to
ircserver" message.
Ive setup my own gateway, but when I try to connect
through a gateway I never get past the "connecting to
ircserver" and I can choose disconnect but then I have to
reboot the phone again.
I think I configured the Internet APN correct, I have 2
places I can enter the APN and I did it on both, one on
the WAP-settings and one at the JAVA-settings.
Someone have an idea of whats wrong?

I read on another page on another mobile IRC client it says
this:
"Make sure your connection doesn't go through your service
provider's wap gateway because that will likely cause
problems"
How do I "make sure" WLIrc tries the Internet APN and not
the WAP?
