Hi man,i want to knon how i can insert the password for
my nick, i try to insert /pass mypassword(azzurra
network) ma it don't work...and i can't take the operator
status in my channel :S

you may write cmd (/...) or better in server command section:

privmsg nickserv :identify your_password

all the server commands may be written in these two ways.
P.S. nickserv's name is server-dependent
