#14 Scandinavian letters, reconnecting crashing

Well, the scandinavian letters (ÄÖĹ) don't work. They
show as ??? to others and vice versa. ISO-8859-1 is on
by default but that doesn't help.

Also, if you try to reconnect once disconnected, wlirc
crashes. nullpoint exception or something.
Query can crash it too (just trying to open one).
Also, if there's a problem on the http-proxies, wlirc
crashes.

Scandinavian letters are only supported in socket connection
mode. Different encodings will hopefully be supported in http
connection later

Have this issue been fixed yet? Is it the http gateway that
needs the correct encodings? Where can I get http-gateway
info?
