I don't think it is necessary to reinstall OS X 10.1 or even the Wireless driver.
If the cards light is on then it is recognized and working properly. If it blinks
it means it can't find a wireless network. 

In this case you have to try to reconfigure the settings. As I said in my
previous post in OS X it might be necessary to disable all ports except the one
you want to use. Best is to use the different locations. To check if you have a
good connection to the WLan Open up System Preferences and click on the Wireless
Prefpane and watch the Signal Strenght bar. Depending on how far you are from the
base station it is either short (far away from base station) or long (close to
base station) bar. The Network name should also be shown in the Wireless Prefpane
if you can connect to the Wlan network.

If everything is as should be than you have a problem with the how the Wlan is
setup. It should have all web and password security turned off. And have a valid
network name. You can also try using Manual settings and put an IP that you know
works with the WLan Router. And enter a valid Netmask and Router address. You
might use the iBook network settings as a good guideline.

If the cards light is not blinking nor is it on then you I have no idea. The
pccards number is supported by the driver. And is the same number as mine.

Oh and one more thing. Don't forget to disable the firewall on the PB. It is
known that having Firewall enabled causes all kinds of problems on WLan networks.

Another reason for having only connection per Location is that having=20
Appletalk active on more than one active port causes problems.
