The Airport cards are shorter than your standard PCMCIA card, so you'll 
probably run into geometrical problems.
Also, the card would need a connector for an external antenna (not sure 
whether the Orinoco card provides this).
Apart from that, I believe the Airport card is in fact a PCMCIA card, 
but I'm also not sure whether the Airport slot is a standard PCMCIA 
slot...
All in all, I doubt you'll be able to fit in an external card :(
