[Wirelessdriver-support] SigMeter.app

My SigMeter doesn't work.  12-18 months ago somebody noted that a nib 
file is missing from Contents/Resource/English.lproj.  Has this been 
fixed?  Of not, does anybody have that file or can you point me to 
somewhere I can get a working app?
