Just grab the latest installer for 10.2. It works with 10.3. The latest patch caused a lot of problems for me though, I'm not exactly sure why. Basically via the wireless driver I was able to connect to the internet in all forms of communication except through my web browsers. I ended up reinstalling Safari from the download from Apple's website. That helped, I still had problems, and reinstalled the entire update from Apple. This fixed my problems. I am running fine with the wireless driver on the latest Apple is offering. Long story short, I think you'll be ok.
