I too, walked this route. Meanwhile I have been disappointed in two ways.
1) preferences in MacOS 10.2 don't seem to stick.
2) questions via mail to their support or PR person got no answer.

Apart from that, if you are happy to solve issue (1) in that you 
manually set your prefs each (rare) time that you (re)start your 
MacOS X, the driver seems to work OK in all occasions. if (2) is due 
to holiday season, I sincerely hope to receive an answer soon.
