Your problem is that you did not buy a version 1 card, which is supported as it has (probably) a PRISM chipset, but a version 2 or 3 card. I have had the same problem. The card you bought has a Realtek Rtl8180 chipset and is useless for (any) macintosh as far as i can tell. I know what is inside the card because I had it also in a tiBook which recognised the chipset. Too bad, I'm afraid we both have to go out and buy another card. I'm on the track of a $20 card now. ard |
