You could try deleting the Extensions.kextcache and Extensions.mkext 
files which are located in the /System/Library/ folder and then restart 
the computer. After you have restarted the computer open up System 
Preferences and Click on the Network Preference Prefpane and it should 
inform you that a new interface is active (EN1 or EN2).
Create a new setting for the new interface and apply the settings. 
Select Wireless Prefpane and enter the Network name if it is not filled 
out already. Apply the setting and you should be all done.
