[Wirelessdriver-support] Driver won't install under Mac OS 10.2.8 please see below

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I could use some help getting the driver for the Broadband Xpress =20
PCMCIA LAN CARD IEEE 802.11b installed. I am on a PowerBook G4 with MAC =20=

OS 10.2.8 installed. Please see the dialog below. I am unable to =20
understand the instructions Ben Delzell gave me.

Any assistance you can provide would be great. Below is the dialog of =20=

opening the trouble shooting info file in the Utilities folder if that =20=

is useful to you.
Below that are the emails between me and Ben Delzell of Broadband =20
Xpress.

I think you have to go into the system dir, and drag the icon from =20
there out to your desktop, I=92m not a MAC expert but I think that=92s =
how =20
you do it, if you have a MAC fellow to call, give him a call and see =20
what you can do.  We have historically not supported Mac=92s just for =20=

this reason, sorry about that.

install. I successfully downloaded the code and manuals and unstuffed =20=

them successfully. But
no icon appeared in the system preferences panel, so there was nothing =20=

to open. I tried to open the WirelessConfig item that was downloaded =20
but it would not open. I tried it from two different mirrors with the =20=

same result. I then uninstalled the download and tried the 10.1 =20
version. It didn't work either, same problem.

What do I do now?

Chris here is the support page for MAC, please read and download all =20
instructions for installation for what version of MAC OS you have and =20=

you should be fine, you have a Prism/Prism2 Chipset in the card you =20
bought from us, just for your information.
