Jean-Pierre, You are supposed to have a WirelessDriver PPane.prefPane installed in /library/PreferencePanes Apparently it did not get installed. Find it in your downloaded package and move it to the proper place. After restarting, go to System Preferences and you will see a WIRELESS CONFIG panel. Use it to set up the name of your WAP, encryption, etc. Kori Ms. Kori Lessing Systems Development Engineer Application Development Systems Ohio State University 1121 Kinnear Rd 614-247-6121 les...@it... > > Message: 1 > Date: Thu, 01 Jan 2004 18:56:50 +0100 > From: Jean-Pierre Mabille <jpm...@fr...> > To: <wir...@li...> > Subject: [Wirelessdriver-support] Orinoco gold don't switch on (Pwb G4 > 15") > > Bonjour, > > I have an ORiNOCO Gold Card and a PowerBook G4 15" running 10.3.2 > The installation of the wireless driver seems fine (I see the new > ethernet > en2 port) > But the two green lights of the card do not flash, as they do on my > powerbook G3 running OS 9.2 (The card works perfectly on the G3).
