[Wirelessdriver-support] orinoco gold / wallstreet / OS 10.2.6 / Airport Extreme

Everything seems to be configured correctly and working fine - I even 
get a signal indicator in the Wireless Config panel -

EXCEPT:   no connection  to the internet.

Lights on Orinoco card are lit (one steady, one flickers occasionally 
and stops).

BTW:  This computer connects perfectly when booted in OS 9.2.2 with the 
same card - it's recognized as Airport Card.

In OS 10.2.6 no joy no joy :(

What to do next?  Any suggestions?
