[Wirelessdriver-support] en(1) will not show up

After installing the driver, I rebooted with  the card was plugged in. 
I went to the network control panel and tried to select en(1) or en(2). 
Unfortunately only the regular ethernet and modem options were 
available. Below I have copied the info from the terminal prompts. I 
tried to use the script but it said the link was bad. I have a D-link 
650. I hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.
