In /private/var/db you will find the file NetworkInterfaces.xml - if you remove this file it will be recreated, but I usually just edit out the dict entries for the interfaces. As always please backup any file you plan to tweak, I'm not responsible for any damage, if your computer turns into a toaster oven, don't blame me, blah blah blah.
