Actually I use KisMAC (http://www.binaervarianz.de/projekte/programmieren/kismac/) with my Lombard and Orinoco Card.  It is a great tool when tring to find networks and their information.  I have written about it at: http://musox.com/macosx/kismac.html.  Just use the MacJack Driver when not using an Apple Airport Card.

Does anybody know where I can get a wireless sniffer that will measure 
a NetGate card on a Mac OS X 10.2.6 system?  Things like MacStumbler 
only work with Airport.  Somebody suggested Kismet, which seems to be 
pretty broad-based except it only does Airport on Macs too.  The 
Wireless Config app is nice, but it lacks a scale and peak hold, so 
there is no way to know what "Signal Strength" really means.
