Hi Scott - Check to see if your WPC-11 is listed as rev. D. After going through similar frustration a month or so ago after giving up on the Airport card inside my wife's TiBook, Finding a more detailed compatibility list at IOXperts that specifically excluded rev. D of the WPC-11 model. I assumed the same incompatibility impaired the WirelessDriver and exchanged the card for the NetGear unit.
