I'm trying to get a NetGear MA521 working with the 5.1b5 software, on a Pismo G3 powerbook running osX 10.2.6. Installation of wd seems to go okay, but I see no additional interfaces via the network prefpane or when running ifconfig. The troubleshooting script (see below) indicates that ioreg sees this card as "pccard-no-cis", which doesn't sound so good... I have a sneaking suspicion that "no-cis" is trying to signify "no Card Identification String". Can anyone offer any advice? Anyone got this particular card working with WD?
