[Wirelessdriver-support] usb client with external antenna access ?

This may be slightly off topic but I can't find this info anywhere.

I need to use a usb client connected with coax and a pigtail with an 
EXTERNAL antenna.Anyone recommend one or does one exist ? Is it 
possible to use KisMac or MacStumbler with usb clients ?
