[Wirelessdriver-support] Usb clients

Hi,
I realise that the wireless driver project support pcmcia cards.I've 
read the faq but to no avail.Alot of usb wifi cards are basically the 
pcmcia card in an external enclosure with a usb adaptor.Is this 
supported ?

The reason I ask is because I have a 12" powerbook with no pcmcia 
slot.I want to connect an external antenna to the powerbook but can't 
do this with the airport extreme card.Any one know a usb solution or 
will the Wireless Driver project work ?
