[Wirelessdriver-support] Airport Update and Firmware

General question to anyone that can help.

I upgraded my Airport software to 3.1. I am using third party software to be
able to use my Orinoco Card with a Snow Airport base station.

Am I suppose to be able to update the firmware along with the 3.1 update?
This is not an airport extreme base station but the instructions given by
Apple indicated that if I select configure then it will ask me if I want to
update the base station. Mine does not do that although I did successfully
update the software on the PowerBook.

Is there a configuration file I am suppose to select?
