[Wirelessdriver-support] Installation Failure

I am trying to install Wireless Driver and an Orinoco gold card.  I 
followed the hint on these pages to option drag the mounted disc to the 
desktop to create a folder.  The three files seem to be where they 
should be.  The deviation from the installation instructions comes 
after rebooting: I have a Wireless Configuration icon but no en1 or 
en2.   I tried using the onboard Ethernet, but that did not seem to 
work.

The card power light blinks, and I have a usable Airport signal from a 
Netgear unit at the present location.

The troubleshooting script is attached.
