Make sure the drivers are installed properly. The wirelessdriver.kext must be in /System/Library/Extensions/ and the WirelessDriver PPane.prefPane should be in /Library/PreferencePanes/ After you have installed the drivers you should remove the Extensions.kextcache and Extensions.mkext files which are located in the /System/Library/ folder. You have to use the sudo rm -r (filename) command in the terminal to be able to remove the files. And then restart the computer. Second make sure the card is recognized by the computer by selecting Network in the System Preferences. And look under Show Networkport Configuration. If it's not you might need to edit the plist file. It is described in the FAQ how to do that. Lastly when the card is recognized and blinking you have to open the WirelessDriver preference pane and then enter the name of the WLAN network. It depends on how your WLAN router is setup. Disable WEB and password settings. //Rob On torsdag, maj 8, 2003, at 06:55 Europe/Stockholm, Gregg Gunkel wrote: > I installed build version 1.0.0b5 and did not get any connectivity > with a DLink DWL 650+.
