i solved the problem.

got the sourcecode via cvs. opened the WirelessConfig
projectfile in projectbuilder modified it:

in the folder "Classes" the following classes are
enabled:
UCWDAccess.h
UCWDAccess.h

in the folder "Other Sources":
all, but removed the file "main.m"

compiled it and extracted the file "WirelessConfig"
from "WirelessConfig.app"...

now it works in the commandline:

Wirelessconfig -h
