Well, i didn't actually notice the type until you pointed it out, anyway it wasn't enough to simply correct it, i needed to erase the Extensions.kextcache and Extensions.mkext files too. Right now the card is correctly working, i made some tests with another card too (a zyxel ZyAIR 100 - ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/ZyAIR_B-100/document/ZyAIR_B-100_V.2_Datasheet.pdf) and managed to make it work patching the info.plist file and again erasing the files and restarting. I noticed that the zyxel card isn't listed in the FAQ yet, unfortunately i still have no idea on how to test the wep functionality of the card, if someone can point me to some tutorial or give me some directions i would like to make some extensive testing. in the meanwhile i can say that basic functionality is supported.
