[Wirelessdriver-support] Can't run Airport Setup Assistant

The FAQ at

says:

The workaround mentioned seems to apply only to the Internet Connect 
App.

In order to run the Airport Admin Utility, I need a password. It seems 
the password is set in the Setup Assistant.

How can I set the Airport Basestation password without the Setup 
Assistant?

This is on a G3 Powerbook, Lomard, with OS10.2.
