Hi Ed,
As far as I know, the power off feature is only for the purpose of=20
gracefully ejecting the card, that's why theres no power on pulldown=20
menu. Ejecting and reinserting the card will make it active again (no=20
need to restart the computer), and restore the pulldown menu that you=20
need if you want to eject the card while the computer is still running.
