Yes. It does work with the driver in a TiBook. I've used it with 10.2. 
Your biggest problem will be finding antenna's for it. Try to order the 
one with both internal and external antenna EL-2011CD-EXT. I've used 
both and both work well. If you need an antenna for the EL-2011CD, I 
just ordered one on ebay

Oh, and the IOXperts driver also works with this card.
