Nils, Thanks. The Install PDF file shows WirelessConfig in the top menu as well as the Others Menu but, it also shows Fruit installed. Maybe they used Fruit to put it in the upper window? I still haven't had a successful install so I un-installed, double checked it with Find FIle, and then ran Disk Utility to verify permissions. Turns out I needed to reset the permissions but that doesn't seem to resolved my install issues. So after yet another attempt at installing Wirelessdriver I ran the Troubleshooting script Here's a sniplet from the results ### wireless driver files installed drwxr-xr-x 3 root wheel 102 Mar 4 10:34 WirelessDriver.kext drwxr-xr-x 3 root wheel 102 Jan 29 21:54 IOPCCardFamily.kext 2003-03-04 10:49:55.747 defaults[485] The domain/default pair of (loginwindow, AutoLaunchedApplicationDictionary) does not exist /Volumes/WirelessDriver beta 5.1/Utilities/Troubleshooting Info.command: WirelessConfig: command not found logout I don't know what this actually means but something seems to be missing. Could you or someone else post a list of files that should be installed and possibly the directories where they should be located? Stacy |
