[Wirelessdriver-support] Success!

Hi All

Just to say after a bit of fiddling I got the beta 10.0.0b5 driver to 
work on a Powerbook G3 Pismo / OS 10.2(6C115), Asante FriendlyNET 
AeroLAN PCMCIA.

With a straight install I could the System pref pane but none of the 
text fields were active.

I could not install the PrefPane.pkg - told I could not install in 
the System:Library:PreferencePanes

One of these two things or the combination worked:

1) Logged on as root, and reinstalled all four pkg's

2) Installed PrefPane.pkg into Library: as the Troubleshooting info 
suggested this should be.

On a different machine so can't include report as I have too install 
all software etc and I knew if I didn't do it now then it would slip! 
- but if it would be useful email me and I'll post it

Big thanks to the authors for keeping my wife's laptop going for 
another OS version!
