so I have seen news recently about people hacking the Airport Extreme driver to support the Linksys driver, because it is easy to do I think because they are based on similar chip sets. So why doesn't anyone try this with the Lucent -> Airport drivers? Shouldn't they be the same? When Airport first came out, weren't they based on the Lucent chipset and that was why it worked as a default in OS 9? Shouldn't one be able to hack the Airport driver in a similar way? I know its probably an obvious answer, but I am just curious. Thanks! Also, if someone can email me a working copy of SigMeter, I would appreciate it. The one in the installer is missing pieces.
