[Wirelessdriver-support] PCMCIA Slot problems

Has anyone had problems with their PCMCIA slot not recognizing their is
a card there?

I had the driver working just fine in 10.1 and a few days ago I put my
laptop to sleep when it woke up the lights on the card were off and then
when I put it asleep again the machine crashed. Ever since then I have
not been able to get the card to work in OS9 or OSX and it is not listed
in the io registry. I have tried to zap the pram and even unplugged all
the batteries (including the backup battery under the cdrom drive.
Nothing has helped. Anyone have some advice?

The machine is a G3/333 (Lombard) and I have tried two WaveLan based
cards without success. Both cards work in other machines fine.
