If the "bogus" address starts with 169 it means that it is not connecting at all. If this helps, I found that one thing I had to do to make it work (but with the Linksys) that might work for the Airport too: There must be something in the "DHCP Client ID (optional)" - put in anything, just don't leave it blank. --Marc February 8, 2003 @ 4:39 PM On 2/8/03 1:03 PM, Paul J.
