[Wirelessdriver-support] Orinoco Gold on Wallstreet via OS X 10.2.3 - complete steps?

Hello, all:

A friend forwarded me a partial set of info on solutions he saw here for 
running the WaveLan/Orinoco card under OS X on the G3-series Powerbooks.
So far, however, I've been completely stumped:

- EN1 won't show up under Network/Show:
- Wireless Config pane shows up completely grayed-out
-  Card names show up completely grayed-out under the toolbar card icon.

What is the best, most complete series of steps for installing and 
configuring the WirelessDriver to run with this hardware?
