I am running out of ideas. :)

Try to run this command one more time.
sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/WirelessDriver.kext

Then when it has loaded enter ifoconfig and post back the info here. 
Did you download and install the wireless 5.1 beta driver for jaguar?
