[Wirelessdriver-support] (no subject)

Hello,

I am having problems using the LinkSys WPC11 with my notebook (Macintosh
PowerBook G3 Series M5343).  The links for the troubleshooting script on
wirelessdirver.sourceforge.net are not working,  the utilities dir is
without files, I'm using the included scripts bundled with the driver
installer.  I have read the FAQ and other documents.

The laptop is running 10.2.3 (6g30) on a 400MHz G3 with 192 MB of memory.
I installed the driver (b5.1),  turned computer off,  installed wireless
card, turned  laptop on.

The wireless config installs under system preferences,  but all options
are shaded.

Going to the Network preferences,  i see only the two original interfaces
listed,  internal modem and internal Ethernet.  Selecting 'new' does not
offer any new interfaces to add.

I noticed a file does not exist where the FAQ section describing how to
remove the driver mentions it should.=20
"/System/Library/Extensions/WirelessDriver.kext"

Any idea what I may want to try next?  Thanks for your time.
