[Wirelessdriver-support] Signal but no internet connection

I installed the new version drivers for os x 10.2 yet the 
troubleshooting software will not download. I am getting a signal of 
-79 or so, yet I can not pull an IP. I have tried entering my ip 
manually but I am having no luck. I can not connect to the internet, I 
use DHCP with my eithernet and I have the following hardware, I also 
have encription turned off.

Powerbook G3 400 Firewire
OS X 10.2.3
Lucent Orinoco WiFi Gold
CompUSA 2.4 ghz 11Mbps
