  Besides selecting the "en2" adaptor Network panel, are you clicking 
on the Wireless config panel and clicking "apply now".  Make sure the 
settings are correct there, as well and that Wep encryption is off.

  I'm, running OSX 10.2.3 on G4 titanium and G3 Bronze with Orinico 
gold and silvers without any problem.  When I switch from my ethernet 
set to external card I have to click the apply button on the wireless 
config panel.  Make your networks name is correct.
