[Wirelessdriver-support] Weird Science

I upgrade the broonze keyboard G3PB to 10.2.3 this weekend
512K ram lots of room on the HD
10.2.3 works fine on ethernet.
I download the driver (skyline 11mbs card from farallon) and install 
it. Works fine up till 11:30 pm last night and then just decides to 
stop talking to the router. Airport connection and signal strength are 
fine but no internet!
I reinstall the driver, jack around with ALL the setting... nothing. 
Loks of signal, no thru put.
about 3:00 am, I reboot into 9.2 and leave the machine (my wifes PB) 
and go to bed. Still toast this morning.
I come home at 5:00 pm reboot into 10 anf the damn thing is working 
now!!!
Does anyone know what gives and how I avoid this issue in the future.
Hopefully the answer is NOT a new TIBook.
