[Wirelessdriver-support] Powerbook g4/667 & EnGenuis card problem

I'm trying to install an EnGenuis card with no luck. No matter what I 
do the network pane never shows the en1 or en2 interface. I've tried 
uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers as well as repairing 
permissions via disk utility. My troubleshooting info is as follows:
