[Wirelessdriver-support] My Wireless Pref. Pane is in Receipts ?!

When I read this I checked where my Wireless Pref Pane is in well 
functioning b5 using Skyline Proxim PC card.
I couldn't find it in /Library/PreferencePanes/folder.

I found it in Receipts with all of the other wireless folders.

So I don't have Wireless Pref Pane in PreferencePanes but still have 
good wireless access.
Could someone explain it?
