Can you provide both the OS X build number and a copy of /Library/Logs/panic.log for us to examine? The build number can be obtained from either Apple System Profiler or via the "About this Mac" dialog box in the Apple menu by clicking the OS version string. It should look like "Build 6F21" for 10.2.2.
