[Wirelessdriver-devel] Updated Configure Preference Pane

I've committed updated sources for the preference pane. It will now 
behave like the current version of the application (ie it will now 
autodetect a card insertion if there isn't a card inserted when the pane 
is opened) and fixed the Using WEP checkbox to reflect whether or not 
WEP is really enabled. Also changed is the labeling of the wep key box.
