You will need to use Pacifist (available on Versiontracker) to extract the /System/Library/Extensions/IOPCCardFamily.kext files from a Jaguar install disk and replace your current kext with the one from the install disk. Alternatively you could delete the kext and do an easy update from the install disk and this should add the kext back, I am sure the former will work but the kext files must be owned by root.wheel and you will need to do this via the command line or logged in as root.
