That's my fault...

The installer for beta 5 put the preference pane into the wrong folder 
and now the system sees both the old and new versions.  They should 
both work, but the newer one has a bit more functionality.

Older version (correct location):
	/Library/PreferencePanes/WirelessConfig.ppane

New version (wrong location):
	/System/Library/PreferencePanes/WirelessConfig.ppane

You can remove or move them manually, if you like.  I'll make sure the 
next installer (coming soon, maybe this weekend) both fixes this mess 
and puts it into the right spot.
