I think this needs to be said and probably should be in the FAQ: You *cannot* replace the internal Airport card on a PowerBook or iBook with a PCCard. The Airport cards use a proprietary bus that is much closer in design to an IDE interface than a PCCard. You can, on a PowerBook, use an external PCCard on a PowerBook at the same time as using the internal Airport card.
