OK... Give MacSense a break. I built that installer for them a while back. They haven't done anything to hide the origins of the driver and, as far as I can tell, are only selling it if you buy the CD. It's extremely difficult to time limit a driver under OS X. MacSense has been very supportive of our efforts and has licensed the new source base I've been writing for use with their USB adapter. Much of this work will likely see it's way into open source soon, but not until it's ready.
